  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method chosen and the destination address.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders meeting specific criteria or during promotional periods.

3. International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional charges and delivery times may apply to international orders.

  • Customs and import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process:

  • Customers must contact our customer support team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • The RMA number must be included with the returned product.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify customers of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

  • Refunds may exclude original shipping charges and restocking fees if applicable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, customers must notify us on the same day of receipt for a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items:
